Manipur Govt COVID Guidelines: Night Curfew from 8:30 PM to 4 AM till October 21

Manipur government on Monday issues new Covid-19 guidelines for the entire state which will be effective till October 21. In the updated guidelines, duration of night curfew has been reduced and permitted activities have been increased following the orders of August 21 and the last order of September 21.

Night curfew will begin from 8:30 PM to 4 AM as per the latest orders in respect to the entire state to be in force strictly till October 21, Chairperson, of the state executive committee of the state disaster management authority stated.

Apart from this, social gathering is now allowed subject to the organiser or the host ensuring compliance of Covid Appropriate Behaviours.

Religious places are now allowed to open subject to the concerned authorities of the religious establishment ensuring that Covid Appropriate Behaviours such as wearing of mask, maintaining physical distance between one another is maintained by devotees present in Temple/ Church/ Mosque etc., the order stated.

Religious activities organized in enclosed hall/space has been capped at 50% capacity.
