Scheduled for January 24 at 10 am at Kangla Uttra, the meeting has invited all Meitei ministers and MLAs, including the chief minister of Manipur. Non-attendance has been warned to be treated as opposition to the Meitei community.

Furthermore, they intend to enter Kangla with weapons before the programme.

To prevent any potential disruptions during the expected large gathering, the Manipur government has implemented specialized security measures.
