The 60-seat Manipur Legislative Assembly will go to poll in the early part of next year, most probably in February and March.

A source in the Manipur unit of NPP said that its National President of the party and Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma will be arriving in Imphal on November 22 on a three-day visit in the state.

On the first day of his tour, the NPP National President will launch the election campaign of the party for the upcoming poll in Kshetrigao Assembly constituency, Imphal East district.
