UKHRUL: The National Court of the National Socialist Council of Nagalim (NSCN-IM) has issued an order directing the suspension of all pending cases in Southern Nagalim.
The order was issued by Col. Nganingkhui Longleng (Retd.), the Chief Justice, pursuant to the directive of his excellency the Yaruiwo vide order order No. 16/GPRN/JUD/ORD-93/YO/26, dated 23/07/2026, due to abnormal situation prevalent in that area.

Under the directives, all the civil suits and cases covered by the said order, whether before the national court or the regional courts, shall be placed under temporary suspension until further order. It also ordered that all regional courts within the Southern Nagalim shall remain suspended and shall not initiate any court proceedings, including registering new or fresh cases, issuing summons, conducting trials, issuing and pronouncing verdicts or orders, etc. during the period of this suspension.
This order shall come into immediate effect and shall remain effective till further order from the Government, the official communique stated.
