Naga Students’ Union Bangalore Hosts Blood Donation Drive, Receives Overwhelming Support

Bangalore, Feb 22: The Naga Students’ Union Bangalore (NSUB) organized a blood donation drive in collaboration with Bangalore Baptist Hospital, drawing participation from both Naga and non-Naga individuals. The initiative aimed to contribute to the community and strengthen healthcare support.

Bangalore Baptist Hospital has been a vital medical support centre for the Naga community in the city, providing crucial assistance over the years. The blood donation drive further reinforced the relationship between NSUB and the hospital, opening avenues for future collaborations in healthcare and community welfare.

The event also served as an awareness campaign, emphasizing the importance of regular blood donations for emergency and critical care patients. NSUB President Nungsangmongla Ozukum highlighted the significance of the initiative, stating, “Bangalore Baptist Hospital has been instrumental in offering medical care to many from our community, and this initiative was our way of giving back.”
