P Doungel given charge as new DGP Manipur

Imphal: P Doungel IPS, additional director general of police (ADGP) DG (Prisons) has been entrusted to hold charge of Director General of Police, Manipur and Head of Police Force with immediate effect until further orders said an order issued by Government of Manipur today.

The new appointment comes in after the Director General of Police of Manipur LM Khaute (IPS) took voluntary retirement on December 10.

P Doungel is a former Mr India and patron of the All Manipur Body Builders Association (AMBBA).
