In a press note issued today, S. Shangriwung, the Manager of Transmission Sub Division No. VIII at the Manipur State Power Company Limited (MSPCL), announced that the shutdown will occur from 10 AM to 1 PM on July 6, 7, and 8.
“This shutdown is necessary for the safe installation of the OPGW slack loops on the 132 KV tower. Additionally, vegetation clearance work will be carried out along most sections of the 132 KV line during this period. As a result, there will be no power supply to all 33 KV and 11 KV feeders from the 132/33 KV Hundung station during these hours,” he stated.
