The TKS in its notice has instructed the Kuki Students Organization (KSO-Ukhrul, KSO-Kamjong) and the Kuki Women Union (KWU-Ukhrul, KWU-Kamjong), under the Kuki Inpi Manipur (KIM), to immediately withdraw their proposed rally.

In the notice, the TKS made it clear that it would not be held responsible for any untoward incidents resulting from non-compliance with this directive.

The Kuki-Zo community’s rally, which was reportedly being organized to voice their concerns, has now been effectively banned within the TKS’s area of jurisdiction, covering Ukhrul and Kamjong districts.
