Imphal: A torch rally in Bishnupur district of Manipur on Thursday night was carried out against the “inaction” on the part of the state government and the Centre regarding the ongoing violence in Manipur which has been prevailing for more than one year now. The fresh wave of violence that hit Jiribam district is an ample case to show that the government is doing nothing to end the violence, they said.
