Ukhrul detects 16 new Covid cases; Active tally spikes to 108

Ukhrul reported 16 new Covid-19 positive cases while four patients were discharged on Monday taking the active tally from 89 to 108.

The district detected three positive cases on Sunday while 7 Covid patients had been discharged.

According to DSO Ukhrul, cumulative positive reached 1013 with 584 males and 429 females. While cumulative fatalities remained at 28.

Out of 108 active caseload in the district, 40 are at district hospital isolation ward, 45 at transit CCC, 23 at Ukhrul higher secondary school.
