UNC Invites All Naga Communities to Civic Reception for Th. Muivah at Senapati

Senapati, October 26: The United Naga Council (UNC) has invited all Naga communities to take part in the Civic Reception in honour of Th. Muivah, Ato Kilonser, GPRN, scheduled for October 29, 2025, at Tahamzam (Senapati) District Headquarters.

In an invitation issued by the Media and Publicity Cell of the United Naga Council, it was stated that the event will be held at Senapati Stadium, Tahamzam, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Earlier, the day was declared as GENNA by the UNC, calling upon all communities to refrain from economic and commercial activities and to declare holidays for all educational institutions in Naga areas as a mark of respect to the visit of Ato Kilonser Th. Muivah.

The UNC expressed hope that the day will stand as a symbol of unity, strength, and commitment in the collective quest for self-determination based on the Unique History and Position of the Naga people. The Council further stated that the collective efforts of the people will surely bring peace, prosperity, and progress to Naga territory.
