Soil to Orbit: Inventor Vatsal Soin Files 0→1 Doctrine Patents to Unlock Archived Data for AI, AGI & Superintelligence

Must Read

The 0→1 Doctrine is sector-neutral. It scores every need, resource and limit from 0 to 1, so unlike things can be compared and checked before AI acts. Its companion, BBAT, Band-Based Archive Triage, filed on September 23 and October 1, 2026, sorts idle archived data by labels alone, in any industry. Together or apart, they target data costs, data value and responsible AI training.

New here? Every industry measures in its own units: millimeters of rain, tonnes of scrap, hours of telescope time. The 0→1 Doctrine gives them one shared language, a score from 0 to 1, so very different things can be compared and checked before a machine, including artificial intelligence, acts. BBAT works on stored data instead. It decides what to keep, delete or share, using labels only.

THE OLD WAY

Until now, every system worked alone. Data piled up in lakes, stores of raw files, and warehouses, stores of tidy tables, because nobody could prove what was safe to delete or share. Machines acted on their own rules, and the reasons were scattered or missing. Losses such as wasted water, food and energy stayed off the books.

THE DATA WALL

AI faces a data wall. Human text may run thin, synthetic data can trigger model collapse, and training clusters are planned at gigawatt scale. Global data is measured in zettabytes, and some sits idle. BBAT is designed to sort such archives by labels, including provenance, and receipts could record what data shaped each model’s weights. These are proposals, not tested results.

THE NEW WAY

The inventions change that picture. Needs, supply and limits share one language. Before a machine acts, a gate checks the plan against limits set by people and answers Approve, Reject or Hold, and a sealed receipt keeps the proof. Old data is sorted by its labels, and only protected summaries leave the store, while raw files stay home.

LAND AND FOOD

A farm has many limits: how much to spray, when to water, how long food can sit in a warm truck. The Doctrine can check each plan against them first. Its early-warning layer, the Predictive Risk Advisory Token (PRAT), can raise a flag when readings drift toward a limit. Crop, animal and carbon-farming records fit the same pattern.

FORESTS AND FIRE

Dry fuel, strong wind and a spark are three readings. Together they can help flag rising fire danger early. The Emergent Meta-Environmental Response and Governance Envelope (EMERGE) is the layer meant to combine many such signals across regions, using privacy-preserved summaries instead of raw data. It gives advice only.

WATER AND AIR

Rainfall, canal flow, groundwater and air quality come from different agencies in different formats. The Doctrine is designed to line them up, so a shared limit, such as a river’s minimum flow, can be checked against every planned withdrawal. Each agency keeps its own data and its own rules.

CITIES AND ENERGY

Power grids balance supply and demand every second, and cities juggle traffic, buildings and water. The Doctrine treats a request for power or road space like any other need: it is scored, matched against what is available and allowed, then approved, rejected or held.

WASTE, COUNTED PROPERLY

Factories discard scrap, shops discard stock and kitchens discard food, each in different units. The Fair & Transparent Waste Estimator (FTWE) scores preventable waste from 0 to 1. It logs an estimate when a choice is made, records what really happened, and compares both with an agreed baseline. Potential avoided emissions can then be worked out from the same documented record.

SLEEPING DATA

Weather stations, satellites and field surveys leave huge archives, and many are never opened again. BBAT reads only their labels, not their contents, and sorts each one into retain, purge or promote. Promoted does not mean released. Only protected summaries can leave, and the working copy is wiped first. Where records hold personal details, the Hybrid Universal Privacy Architecture (HUPA) is designed to protect them.

SPACE: SCARCE TIME

Telescopes face farm-style questions. Astronomers want more time on the James Webb Space Telescope than it can give, and sky surveys raise huge numbers of alerts nightly. The Doctrine proposes setting selection rules in advance and sealing a receipt for each choice.

SPACE: PROOF AND SHARING

If an AI model flags a discovery, others will ask which model, version and settings made the call. Receipts can hold that answer. Partners could share simple capability scores instead of raw instrument data. The same idea is proposed for orbital slots and lunar resources.

MANY LAYERS, ONE IDEA

Both inventions have more layers than one article can list. Some check for gaps, such as the Metadata Inconsistency Check Module (MICA), which stops a process when labels are missing or clash. Others, such as the Cross-Agent Aggregation Detector (CAAD), watch receipts for patterns across many agents.

TOWARD THE SUPERINTELLIGENCE

As AI systems act faster than people can watch, two questions matter: what they may learn from, and what they may do. BBAT speaks to the first, the Doctrine to the second. Used together, protected summaries from BBAT can feed Doctrine checks, each step with its own approvals.

QUICK ANSWERS

Does it work from paper to quantum?

The 0→1 Doctrine is designed to be hardware-independent: wherever a parameter can be measured, it can be normalised, from a pencil calculation to a quantum-resilient node. Its companion, BBAT, is designed for stored archives: it triages them by permitted labels, without opening their contents during triage, and provides for a sealed receipt for each decision. Both are designed to support evolving computing environments.

What makes BBAT trustworthy?

It is designed to run inside a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE), with a Hardware Attestation Certificate (HAC) as evidence.

What if content and labels mismatch or are fabricated?

MICA is designed to flag missing or conflicting labels, and the run stops instead of proceeding. Labels cannot prove themselves, so data owners remain responsible for accurate metadata.

What if superintelligence writes its own rules or overrules humans?

The BBAT filing describes hardware-gated release, a receipt sealed before acting, and an agent’s drift toward its limits sent to human authorities, whatever its capability. These are design aims, not a promise to stop every machine.

CLOSING NOTE

Whatever Superintelligence or Singularity comes next, it should answer to people and to the Earth. Give it limits it cannot cross and records anyone can check, and profit and the planet can advance together.
