UKHRUL: The All Naga Students’ Association Manipur (ANSAM) has written to the Chief Minister of Manipur, Yumnam Khemchand Singh, requesting improvements to healthcare institutions in the Naga districts.
The association stated that it was constrained to submit the representation on the long-overdue pressing concerns of healthcare institutions in the Naga districts of Manipur. It also highlights that the ongoing conflict and simmering tensions, including blocking highways and village roads in the hills, have severely impacted the lifeline, especially in the Ukhrul district, posing serious challenges and health risks for the citizens. It urges the government to take immediate action to ensure basic healthcare services are available to the citizens.
