NEW DELHI, NOV 13: Argentina has condemned the terrorist attack that took place on November 11 outside a Metro station, opposite Red Fort. The attack claimed 13 lives and injured over 30 people. In a press release, Argentina´s Ambassador to India, Mr Mariano Caucino, stated, “Argentina stands with India and its Prime Minister in this difficult moment”.
The ambassador condemned terrorism and described the act as “unacceptable.” Caucino stated that Argentina joins India and all peace-loving nations in rejecting “all forms of terror.”

“In today’s world, it is unacceptable that some countries promote and harbour terrorism,” the ambassador affirmed. Caucino emphasized, “our government has been very clear in condemning terrorism in all its forms” and recalled that Argentina “was the target of terrorist actions in the recent past,” referring to the attacks against the Israeli Embassy (1992) and the AMIA Jewish Community Centre (1994). “In both of these combined attacks, we lost one hundred innocent lives, and we have not forgotten.”
The ambassador added, “President Javier Milei has been emphatic about the need to reject any form of terror as a political weapon.”
Ambassador Caucino reiterated, “on behalf of the Argentine people and Government, I express our solidarity with the victims and our unwavering support for the Indian authorities led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi”.
