Tamenglong: The Platinum Jubilee celebration of Tudon Baptist Church, Manipur, under Tamei sub-division of Tamenglong district, was held from January 4-6, 2023 at Tudon-Part 2.
Commemorating seventy five years of Christianity under the theme, “Declaring God’s Glory,” the event was attended by more than 1500 dignitaries and delegates from Manipur Liangmai churches.

Rev. Dr. Alungbou Newmai, Executive Secretary, Liangmai Naga Baptist Association Manipur (LNBA-M) unveiled the jubilee monolith and Rev. Dr. Peter Thiumai, Pastor, Bethlehem Baptist Church, Dimapur, attended the event as the keynote speaker.
Rev. Dr. Tanliabou, Pastor, Rianglong Baptist Church, released the jubilee souvenir, and ‘sealing of time capsule’ was administered by Rev. Kitanwi Chewang, Executive Secretary, Liangmai Baptist Aruang (LBA) Nagaland.

Other highlights of the celebration include pre-jubilee fiesta featuring stars of the local artists, platinum album release, musical tableau and ‘shadow act’.
Tudon Luang Khuan, Rienta and Kuilong Choirs participated as jubilee choirs.
