Ukhrul Police Open Lost and Found Booths to Assist Public

Ukhrul: Ukhrul District Police, aiming to streamline the process of returning lost items to their rightful owners, have launched two “Lost and Found” booths to assist residents in recovering misplaced belongings.

The booths are located outside the Mini-Secretariat and at the Viewland Church, Punjab National Bank Junction, offering convenient access for those in need. Residents who find or lose items can visit either booth to record details in a dedicated register. The police personnel on duty are available during daytime hours to help individuals deposit or reclaim their belongings, Ukhrul Police said.

In addition, lost items can be reported to the Police Control Room at 8730090890 for further assistance with deposition and collection. Any lost & found item can be deposited by public at any of these two booths by entering the details in a register. People may consult the police personnel at the booth during day time and collect their lost and found item.
