Speaking as the chief guest, HL. Jain, MCS, ADM/CEO, ADC, Senapati called the Govt as the best one as it governs the marginalised and neglected section of the people. When people claim that one is developed, it is stated to be a process, a continuous endeavour with mental development, spiritual development and physical development. With the absence of any of the parameter, one cannot purely say as development as it is holistic concept. So many literate persons there are, but many remain uneducated in the present society with something absent in the parameter. With presence of all the parameters it can be called as development, he stated adding that many remain a parasite and nuisance to the society instead of leading the society for lack of all development which is why, the society suffers in many grounds.

While appreciating the labour of the Fathers of the school, the ADM/CEO lauded them for what they do where the Govt cannot in the field of education. One of the problems in the present society does not know how to appreciate the good works of others to the society that halt to move forward. Stating as development cannot be given, HL. Jain stated that it has to be earned. He regretted that society lacks spiritual development and human values that need to focus on human development for better inter personal relationship and promote service to humanity and civic sense.

Further, while advising the students, the ADM/CEO stated that difficulties comes not to destroy one’s ability but to help one to realise one’s hidden potential. In order to assess the development of the present Govt, it is imperative that one should be well informed of what is happening around the country, he said asking the students community to respond to the situation to build the nation together and transform the society.
