Five Village Authorities endorses A Mark Luithing Phungthar 44-Ukhrul (ST) AC candidature

Ukhrul: The Veikhang Hangva Wungnao Long (VHWL) which comprises of five villages under Ukhrul district in Manipur has given its strong recommendation to the candidature of A Mark Luithing Phungthar as an intending candidate for 44-Ukhrul (ST) AC in the upcoming Manipur polls early 2022.

A Mark Luithing Phungthar is a former Autonomous District Council (ADC) member of the 12th Choithar DCC, Ukhrul district.

VHWL in the recommendation letter, endorsed by Village Authorities of five villages gave recommendation for Bharatya Janata Party (BJP) ticket to be in favour of A Mark Luithing Phungthar. It asserted that his “Thirst for development and concern for the upliftment of the grassroots level is worthy of appreciation beyond doubt”.
