Kohima: The Poumai Naga Hoho Nagaland (PNHN) in a press release condemned the grenades attack by unknown miscreants at the residence of L S Thaisho at Christian Colony, which also houses temporarily the office of the National Highway Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (NHIDCL), Senapati at around 8:30 pm on January 12.

PNHN while strongly condemned the incident stated that it was shocked and added that the act was an attempt to take innocent lives and destroy properties.

It further urged the authority to take stern action on the culprits at the earliest, and stated that such barbaric act has no place in the civilized peace-loving society and should be dealt with according to the law of the land.

State Bomb Detection & Disposal Squad and Senapati Police Station had retrieved the bombs on the early morning of January 13 and disposed off the bombs at around 6:30 am. An FIR was registered at Senapat Police Station for further investigation.
