Chandel: The Chandel Naga Peoples Organisation (CNPO) has condemned the November 27 incident where a crude bomb lobbed at the residence of one Milan Khaling at Khangshim village adjacent to Kakching Lamkhai.

In a press release issued on Monday, CNPO stated that the bomb thrown at around 7 PM however did not cause injuries and casualty but have caused fear and insecurity among the inhabitants of the village and the surrounding inhabitants. Â

The Chandel civil body while condemning the cowardly act and intent, said that such incidents should be condemned by all the peace-loving citizens, urging the authorities to trace the culprit and punish befittingly and ensure that such incidents do not re-occur in future.
