Senapati: NSCN (K-YA) claims responsibility of September 30 bomb attack

Senapati: Govt of People’s Republic of Nagaland NSCN (K-YA) has claimed responsibility for the bomb attack that took place on September 30 evening at the office of the Chief Medical Officer, Senapati.

Giving clarification in public interest, Kelvin Vemai, publicity secretary, Shepoumaramth Region, NSCN (K-YA) stated that the NSCN (K) takes full responsibility of the unfortunate incident that took place on the night of September 30, 2022 at 8:49 pm.

The statement mentioned that they have been patient enough and ample time was reportedly given for peaceful deliberation and dialogues pertaining to the issue that left to the inevitable event. However, due to the act of gross negligence or challenges posed by any individual(s), department(s) or village(s)
towards the NSCN K-Yung Aung Govt. will not be tolerated and be dealt with accordingly as deemed fit.

The NSCN (K) reiterated that it has not done any wrong or injustice to the public or department in the past and said it will not even in the future.

“Every act was calculated,” the statement said, and there is no need to fear or panic as no harm will come to the innocent public, it added.

The Shepoumaramth region of NSCN (K) said it will continue to work uprightly for the sovereign cause of the Nagas and thank everyone who has been ceaselessly giving their relentless support to whoever work tirelessly by supporting morally through prayers or in any other form.

The outfit also reaffirmed to give their support to whoever works tirelessly for the Naga cause but wrong doers will be punished and will be served as their duty.
