Fourth COVID-19 death in Manipur

UT News Service | Imphal, July 30: In an unprecedented surge of COVID-19 fatality in the state of Manipur on Thursday, a 60 year old from Thoubal Moijing found to be COVID-19 positive died on Thursday evening at Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences (JNIMS) hospital Imphal.

The deceased was reportedly admitted to the hospital with complication in breathing and loose motion. The hospital authority conducted COVID-19 testing at VRDL and the eventual sample test turned out Positive.

Manipur death toll since Wednesday now has sharply spiked to 4.
