ZKL Elects New Executive Committee for 2025-2027 Tenure

Ukhrul, March 18: The Zingsho Katamnao Long (ZKL) elected its new executive members for the 2025-2027 tenure on Thursday.

According to a statement issued by Clive Hungyo, Chief Election Commissioner of ZKL, Khanso Nakhedei from Langli village has been elected as the new President of Zingsho Katamnao Long for the 2025-2027 term. The other office bearers include Lingsang Ningshen as Vice President, Saso Ramshang as Speaker, and MK Ninghor as Deputy Speaker.

The 49th general election and oath-taking ceremony of Zingsho Katamnao Long were held on Thursday at the TTA Hall, Hamleikhong, Ukhrul.

Zingsho Katamnao Long is the apex student body of the eastern Tangkhul region, with its headquarters located in Kamjong.
