In a press release issued by the PNU, it stated that the meeting deliberated on the implications of the Indictment Order issued by the NSCN/GPRN against PNU officials and the subsequent declaration of non-cooperation by the PNU toward the NSCN/GPRN, ANSAM, and NWU.

The meeting thoroughly examined the matter, with special reference to appeals made by Naga organizations, including the Naga Hoho, NSF, GNF, NPO, and Naga Senior Citizens in Manipur. The appeals also referenced Resolution No. 4 adopted during the PNU General Assembly on September 30, 2024, at Purul Atongba, which urged the revocation of the non-cooperation movement.
After extensive deliberation and considering the larger welfare of Naga society, the meeting resolved to revoke the non-cooperation order on December 6, 2024. The union stated that this decision reflects its intent to foster unity within the Naga community while maintaining its commitment to the Naga cause.
The PNU further highlighted that this step was taken in the broader interest of the Naga people and called for mutual understanding and cooperation to move forward together.
