SHGs Under MSRLM Express Gratitude to Outgoing DC, Welcome New DC

Ukhrul, Feb 1: The Self-Help Groups (SHGs) under the Manipur State Rural Livelihoods Mission (MSRLM) in Chandel district have expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the outgoing Deputy Commissioner, Mayanglambam Rajkumar, IAS, for his unwavering support and dedication to the upliftment of SHGs in the district.

Speaking on behalf of the SHGs, ST Shelvi, Brand Ambassador and “Voice for Local,” under Chakpikarong block acknowledged Rajkumar’s immense contributions. She stated, “We deeply appreciate his efforts in always prioritizing our SHGs, going the extra mile to assist us, and ensuring our active participation in district-level programs and activities. His leadership has significantly contributed to the promotion and growth of our SHGs.”

Under his tenure, numerous initiatives were taken to empower women and improve livelihoods in rural areas. His commitment to the cause of self-reliance and economic development has left a lasting impact on the SHG community in Chandel.

As Rajkumar moves on to his new posting, the SHGs extend their best wishes for his continued success.

At the same time, the SHG community warmly welcomes the new Deputy Commissioner, L. Nandakumar Singh, IAS, with great hope that he will continue to support and promote the SHGs in the district. “We look forward to working under his leadership and hope for continued encouragement and collaboration in strengthening our cause,” added ST Shelvi.

The SHGs under MSRLM remain committed to their mission of economic empowerment and community development, looking forward to sustained support from the district administration.
